SET Family Medical Clinics
The patients that you will see have behavioral health issues indicated by themselves and/or our primary care providers. The patients need continued behavioral health services to accompany the healthcare services we are providing. In order for a patient to be successful in treating their healthcare issues, their mental well being is a huge factor in that success. We are focused on treating the entire person and welcome those who take this same approach to healthcare.
