Heart to Heart Hospice is looking for volunteers to provide support for families and patients that are experiencing a life limiting illness within their family. Volunteers are needed to provide socialization and companionship.

Full training will be given to the appropriate candidates. We have patients in areas such as Houston, Katy, Sugar Land, Stafford, and Richmond.

We can accommodate your schedule at Heart to Heart Hospice, matching you with a patient that would like to be visited days you are available.
