Strategy Associates - Use Your Skills Pro Bono To Help Nonprofits

On pro bono strategy projects, a Taproot Strategy Associate provides much of the data for Strategy Management projects and helps to conduct analysis. They carry out research and data collection, conduct complex quantitative, strategic and financial analysis, and structure their findings for presentation. With a more senior team member, they work to develop and present perspectives and insights for the client.

A successful pro bono Strategy Associate:

• Has 2 years of experience working for a leading consulting firm on strategy management, for a leading financial institution in equity analysis or M&A, or performing similar functions in a corporation; or is a recent MBA graduate
• Has at least Associate, Analyst, or Consultant-level experience

A Service Grant project requires a 3-5 hour commitment each week over the course of approximately 6 months. This opportunity is flexible enough to work around the schedule of a full-time job.
