Volunteers place previously sorted clothing in the Clothing Room. Volunteers size and place clothing in designated areas.

This position is done between Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

NOTE:Volunteers are not permitted to wear open-toed shoes.

Our mission is to, with Christian purpose, accompany those in need one person at a time by focusing on shelter, food, and clothing.

Description

We are located in Dayton, OH, USA. We have two emergency shelters, one for Men and one for Women & Families.

We serve up to 400 individuals a night between the two shelters. Basic Shelter Services are provided: Safe and Clean environment, Bed, Shower, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Mail Services.
