"There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up." ~John Holmes
Want to get in better shape? It's not always just physical exercise that can do your heart some good!
We are looking for individuals or groups who want to invest in their community...and to support those who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our Thrift Shops financially support our programs, services, and homes that offer care and support to those with disabilities and their families.
How can you help? We always need people to help us process our donations and get them prepared, priced, cleaned up, and ready for sale in the store. Some things our volunteers help us with: organizing, sorting, hanging clothes, cleaning items, small repairs, merchandising, books, collectables... Please contact us and we will help you get started. Experience the special reward in doing something for those who can never repay your kindeness....and maybe increase your heart capacity!
