Work with an individual adult (GED, ESL, Literacy) student to augment their classroom education and develop their knowledge and skills. Typically 3 hours per week. Training provided (4 hours). Bachelor degree (or in progress) required.
Must pass criminal background check.

Description
For 53 years, the Employment Skills Center has been helping individuals become more employable, productive, and self-sufficient community members through Education and Training. We are a community based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, a Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) authorized Adult Education provider, and a United Way partner agency.
Formed in 1967, we have served more than 18,000 individuals in Carlisle and Cumberland County, helping them to become more self-sufficient and productive citizens. The adults that we serve are in need of improving their basic literacy skills, acquiring job-readiness and employability skills, passing the GED examination, and refining their life skills to enable greater achievements.
