Become a Hospice Volunteer. Trinity Health at Home - Grand Haven is looking for caring and dedicated members of the Tri-Cities area, Muskegon and Grand Rapids, willing to help terminally ill patients and their families. Volunteers provide companionship visits, run errands, read to patients, play cards or lend a gentle ear. They may also provide a respite visit to allow a family caregiver to spend some time out of the home. Volunteers with trinity Health at Home Grand Haven are the heart of the hospice team. Volunteering with Hospice is a great opportunity for anyone, college students, retirees, even those with full time work schedules have been able to fit volunteering in to their busy schedules.
