Each Sunday residents from our assisted living and our nursing home would like to attend chapel services in our Lutheran church but they need someone to bring them to the chapel. We are looking for people to wheel them over to the chapel.
We start transporting at 9:45 for at 10:30 service.

Description
Longterm health care facility with a continuum of services.
We are a long term facility on 34 acres in Mt Vernon. We have a skilled nursing home, a rehab center, assisted living, independent housing and an adult day program.
We also have an award winning Creative Aging program where we have more hands on activities like painting, dance, chorus, story telling and much more. We do our best to keep our residents stimulated and engaged.
