Spotlighters Theatre is seeking volunteers to assist in our Box Office and with Front of House duties.
Front of House volunteers assist with all things related to our audience members. Front of House staff prepare the lobby before each show, assist with concession set-up and handle box office duties (selling tickets, subscriptions, and gift certificates) pre-show. Volunteers also assist audience members during intermission and post show.
Volunteers work 4-5 hours per performance. And may work as many as one weekend night per week or one weekend night per six weeks.
Volunteer Time: Friday & Saturday 6pm - 10pm, or Sunday Noon to 4pm. FOH Volunteers may also stay and watch the performance if they so desire.
Training on the theatre's web-based ticketing system is provided. Most volunteers master the system in as few as three sessions.

Spotlighters Theatre has been an active member of the Baltimore Theatre community since 1962, producing theatre that other local theatre won't present - new works, issue based works, challenging and provoking theatre, and theatre to provide experience and training for young actors.
Spotlighters strives to set high standards for all productions and our actors. Many of our actors and designers move on regional and professional theatre.

- Volunteers may volunteer for a single performance in a 4 week run, or may select to volunteer for additional performances. Each performance commitment would be between 3 and 4 hours.
- Strong people skills, and comfortable with cashier duties.
