HVAF is currently in need of hygiene items to redistribute to veterans in need.
How to make a hygiene kit!
Combine the following items in a grocery
bag or gallon zip lock bag:
-Shampoo
-Bar Soap
-Body Wash
-Toothbrush
-Toothpaste
-Men's Deodorant
-Lotion
Kits can be dropped off at HVAF of Indiana - 964 N Pennsylvania St, Indianapolis, IN 46204 - Monday-Friday between 9am and 4pm.

HVAF of Indiana houses, supports, and advocates for all veterans and their families to help them achieve the best possible quality of life.
Description
During 2020, HVAF of Indiana provided 1,453 with 33,621 services. 337 veterans were permanently housed and 190 veterans found jobs through HVAF. HVAF offer multiple housing programs such as Rapid Rehousing (short-term rental and utility assistance for those that are homeless or facing eviction), Transitional housing (120 veterans are housed each night in temporary housing with intensive case management), and Permanent Supportive Housing (47 units at 5 properties have supportive housing with case management).
HVAF has employment specialists to help our veterans build their resumes, hold mock interviews and place them in a job that's right for them.
Every day HVAF's Street Outreach Specialist goes out into Indy's homeless camps and serves the veterans in need.
