Music can help relieve patient anxiety and create a healing environment. Musicians wanted to play for oncology patients while waiting for their treatment at California Medical Center's Radiation Oncology Clinic. Soothing sounds, such as soft music played on wind, string and keyboard instruments have a beneficial affect on patients and staff.
