The STARSHINE QUINTESSENTIAL INSTITUTE is an educational research, development and collaborative learning organization based in Phoenix, Arizona, associated with StarShine Academy k-12 schools. We create interactive technologies to enhance learning trajectories and provide resources for mastery leadership for practicing teachers. We approach technology as a means, toward improved learning models. The ultimate goal is to achieve each student's intrinsic self-motivation by making learning intrinsically interesting.
