A volunteer is needed to provides a welcome voice and face to callers and visitors when staff is at all-staff meetings and trainings.
Duties include:
- Answering phone calls
- Greeting visitors to the office
- Taking proper messages from callers and in-office visitors
- Refering questions to appropriate staff members
Training on phone system and procedures will be provided before start of service.
