Residents in our long-term care facility live active lives, but sometimes need some assistance to do so. Openings are available for transportation aides to take residents to haicare appointments, the fitness center, and for walks around our campus. Opportunities range from one hour to three hours in length.

Living Branches combines Dock Woods in Lansdale, The Willows in Hatfield, and Souderton Mennonite Homes in Souderton as Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in Montgomery County, PA. Established in 1917, we provide independent living, personal care, dementia care, and skilled nursing services.
