Do you have two hours a month to spend with a deserving youth or group of deserving youth?
Caring adults are needed to mentor/tutor wonderful elementary, middle, and high school students and encourage them to stay in school and remain focused on their future education.
Become a friend, a role model, someone that a student can spend 2-4 hours a month with to talk, seek advice, or share the activities of their day. These students just need that one caring adult in their lives to help them succeed in and out of school.

Mission Statement
Program Goal: To provide adult mentors from the business community to offer support and guidance to elementary, middle, and high school students who are at risk of dropping out of school. Mentors will encourage students to stay in school, promote future education and career focus, and guide and advise them through the challenges of everyday life.
Description
The Stay in School and Reclaim Your Future Mentoring Programs are cooperative endeavors for professionals in the community and the Clark County School District. Interested community members must make a commitment of one school year, meeting with their assigned mentee for one hour per week at the school site during school hours.
Interested community members must complete a mentor application and questionnaire and either attend a mandatory tranining session, or complete the training online. During the training session, volunteers will complete a release of information form to allow an indepth background check. Once the background check is completed and reviewed and references are checked and cleared, a mentor is matched with a mentee.
