Kids Enjoy Exercise Now Chicago
By pairing volunteer coaches with KEEN's athletes -- children and young adults with disabilities -- KEEN provides one-to-one coaching and interaction that promotes individual fulfillment.
KEEN Chicago has nearly tripled in the last 18 months! This means we have new locations and new athletes.
Consisting of a dedicated group of volunteers committed to furthering KEEN's mission, the Coaches Committee leads KEEN's programs and sessions. The goal of every session is to provide a place where athletes and coaches can 1) engage in safe and appropriate program activities, 2) improve the athletes' sports skills, 3) provide a place where athletes can interact with their peers, and 4) have a good time.
To learn more about the Coaches Committee member or to join us, please visit: www.keenchicago.org or contact Ayana Geiegr, Executive Director of KEEN Chicago at ageiger@keenchicago.org or call/text 773-294-2980
Kids Enjoy Exercise Now Chicago serves individuals with such diverse disabilities as autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and various developmental and intellectual disabilities. Because KEEN's activities are noncompetitive and inclusive, we offer opportunities for athletes who have not been able to access or find happiness in other programs.
