Be an engaging and positive role model while caring for children during Parent Cafe! Parent Café is a free, research-based, six-week program aimed at giving parents/caregivers the opportunity to learn new ways to keep families safe, healthy and strong. Volunteers are needed to provide child care for children who are attending with their parents/caregivers.

Families First's mission is to create healthier communities by strengthening families and individuals during life challenges and changes.

Description

Services include individual, marital and family counseling; domestic violence treatment groups for victims, batterers and children; chemical dependency treatment programs; counseling and homemaker services for elderly; protective care services for Marion County residents with mental illness, disability or age-related challenges; family, parent and community education; counseling and support for relative caregivers; and a family strengthening program for school-aged children and their families.
