Volunteers welcome and sign-in donors, answer questions and provide excellent customer service. Volunteer may assist donor in signing in using a laptop computer as needed. These volunteers often have the greatest impact on donors because they are the first to meet and greet them.
Volunteers provide refreshments after donors complete their donation process and encourage them to donate again. Must stay alert to immediately call for help if a donor shows signs that he/she does not feel well. Promote a positive long-lasting impression of the American Red Cross.
