Volunteer Coordinator is a position for someone who wants to be in charge of organizing and running the volunteers and their work at Youth Bridge. There are several benefits that come with this position. It will look fantastic on a resume, it will allow the person to perfect their leadership abilities and it will give them the opportunity of working with a $7.5 million dollar organization.
This would be a full time volunteer position. This person would need to be able to work 20-30 hours a week, sometimes more. This person will be responsible for volunteer requirement, training, implementation, and recognition. This position requires that the person be 21 or older and must go through a background check. They will be working closely with certain staff members. They will be responsible for assigning volunteers to the areas that need them the most.

Description
Youth Bridge is northern Arkansas' leading provider of comprehensive care to troubled teens and their families. We offer outpatient therapy and counseling, residential substance abuse treatment, emergency shelters, academic and social support, a therapeutic group home for teens involved in the juvenile justice system, and school-based services in collaboration with area school districts.
Each year, Youth Bridge serves mere than 4,000 teens and their families from a nine-county area. We encourage volunteers from clerical work to assistance with fundraising and event planning.
