The Furniture Bank of Central Ohio is seeking friendly individuals to help with office duties: phone calls, computer data entry, copying & filing. This would include entering information of furniture donors, calling to confirm donations, and follow-up calls to thank our donors. Our donors are very friendly!
This opportunity can be in-person or remote.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Furniture Bank of Central Ohio is to provide a free furniture for individuals and families struggling with poverty and other severe life challenges - "Turning Empty Houses Into Homes." The organization was originally "Material Assistance Providers" from 1998-2006, and "MAP Furniture Bank" from 2006-2009.
Description
We collect gently used furniture, appliances and household items, and distribute them free of charge to families trying to move out of difficult situations, which without help, can be emotionally and financially overwhelming. Our work gives these families a better chance at establishing a permanent and nurturing home.
