We are seeking multiple organizations to volunteer at the Lincoln Park Farmers Market on Sunday's, June through October, 11 am - 3 pm. In return we will supply you with a canopy, weighted down, where you can promote your organization to the public at the market. You would just need to bring your table, chairs and literature. All volunteers, market staff, vendors and customers are required to wear masks and social distance.
Due to COVID-19, we've had to add various items to keep people safe at the market; handwashing stations, one entrance/exit, enclose market area with caution tape and the police department's requirement that we require masks at the market.
We need your organizations help at making sure that customers are using the entrance/exit area to enter and exit, not crawling under the caution tape, as well as making sure customers are wearing masks. We have masks if someone doesn't have one.
Organizations can sign up for whatever Sunday meets their groups needs. Our preference is that it is recurring such as the 2nd Sunday of each month June through October. Otherwise, we need a lot more organizations!
