Meals on Wheels Anderson is in need of volunteer drivers in the Pendleton area
As a volunteer driver, you will have a list of homebound clients to deliver meals to each day. Typically, routes have 5-15 clients, depending upon the neighborhood of delivery. Routes in this area of our county take between 1- 2 hours to complete. We are looking for volunteers who can commit to a weekly or bi-weekly route schedule.
Due to the pandemic all of the routes in this area had to adapt to an alternative delivery schedule of only running Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We would love to see these routes running again on all five days of the week. All we need is 8 volunteers to come forward to run these routes! Please help us bring these routes to a normal delivery schedule!
