PMA is seeking a Media Relations Intern for Spring/Summer 2020 and Fall/Winter of 2020.

Responsibilities:
Consistently manages the media email account
Updates Website (Talent of the Month, Talent Lookbook, Talent updates, etc.)
Promotes upcoming promotions on social media
Writes and sends out newsletter of PMA news updates and upcoming promotions
Writes upcoming promotions stories for website
Writes and continues to update the game insert
Designs Ads inserts for magazines and brochures
Creates bios for Talent to go in the Talent Lookbook
Helps distribute Promo Items at events
Promotes events through social media
Updates social media
Assists with promotions
Chooses winners for promotions
Writes Event story
Sends story to media
Posts story on website/blog
Uploads photos to Facebook and post link to album on Twitter

QUALIFICATIONS:
Self-motivated, detail oriented, very organized
Ability to work long hours, nights, weekends, and potential holidays
Succeed in a team environment
Multi-task and effectively problem solve in stressful environments
Some heavy lifting may apply
Comfortable speaking and interacting in front of large crowds
Strong verbal, written, and communication skills
Knowledge of basic computer skills (Xcel, Word, Outlook, Photoshop, etc.)

Revive Therapy Group formerly Posh Foundation mission is empowering families and assisting women and girls in economically disadvantaged communities helping them move towards fulfilling and improving their quality of life, as well as achieving their personal and professional independence.

Description

The organization sponsors various fundraising events through out the year to engage the public to contribute to:

  • Free back-packs and supplies for inner-city elementary, middle school, and high school students who are at-risk for school failure.
  • Book scholarships for female high school graduates or GED recipients entering their first year at an accredited college or university
  • Job preparation seminars for women entering/ re-entering the workforce.
  • Families experiencing financial hardships due to catastrophic events, unemployment, low-income, etc.
