About

CASA volunteers advocate for the needs of abused, neglected and abandoned children. A volunteer will develop a relationship through weekly visits with a child, conduct a thorough investigation of the child's case and make recommendations to the juvenile court in the child's best interest. Thirty hours of initial training is provided.

All interested community members are encouraged to attend an Information Session to learn more about CASA. CASA has a particular need to increase the number of male volunteers and bi-lingual, bi-cultural volunteers.
