Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor of Volunteer Services, the Information Desk Volunteer is responsible for greeting everyone entering the hospital, providing great customer service by providing information and directions as needed and performing various services for patients and staff members as required.
Knows, follows, and actively supports the philosophy, mission and vision of Ingalls Hospital. Adheres to all hospital policies, procedures and standards of care. Observes, adheres to all corporate compliance requirements and communicates issues as they arise to the appropriate parties as identified in the Corporate Compliance Plan.
Opportunities are Monday &/or Wednesday from 4:00pm - 6:00pm
