Under the direct supervision of the Administrative Assistant for the Ingalls Family Care Center, the Clerical Volunteer is responsible for filing, mail distribution, posting notices, assist with holiday decor and celebrations, cheerfully greeting everyone, providing great customer service by helping with patients general needs and performing various services for patients and staff members as required.
Knows, follows, and actively supports the philosophy, mission and vision of Ingalls Hospital. Adheres to all hospital policies, procedures and standards of care. Observes, adheres to all corporate compliance requirements and communicates issues as they arise to the appropriate parties as identified in the Corporate Compliance Plan.
