Audio Information Network of Colorado

AINColorado is a 501 (c) 3 on -the-air volunteer driven broadcast service, that provides access to printed material to blind, visually impaired and print disabled Coloradoans.

We are looking for people who are good readers, that enjoy reading out loud, and who are tech savvy enough to record and send in quality audio files in time for our scheduled program on the air playback.

Volunteers will need to:

  • Pass a reading audition, and be able to maintain a consistent, clearly articulated reading, with good tone, and volume
  • be tech savvy enough to be able to trouble-shoot any issues that may come up in the record or send process
  • have a schedule that provides adequate time to record and send audio files in, in time for the scheduled air-play
  • have a quiet space to record audio files, free from interruption, or noise

If you are interested in this opportunity please visit our website www.aincolorado.org and fill out an online volunteer application. Please specify your interest in this opportunity on the volunteer application.
