National Volunteer Week 2021 Is Here!
Celebrate with us as we highlight #ArtAsActivism!
The Ignatian Volunteer Corps (IVC) exists to address the greatest social needs of Los Angeles & Ventura County with the experience and skills of mature adults. Ignatian Volunteers, men and women age 50 and older, donate one or two days of service per week and are supported and sustained by IVC's unique spiritual reflection program.
112 E. Madison Street, Suite 300, Baltimore, MD 21202, US
The Ignatian Volunteer Corps provides men and women, most age 50 or better, the opportunity to serve the needs of people who are poor, to work for a more just society and to grow deeper in Christian faith by reflecting and praying in the Jesuit Ignatian tradition.
IVC works in partnership with hundreds of community partner organizations. These nonprofit organizations provide Ignatian Volunteers with substantive work to serve individuals who have slipped through this country’s safety net. And hundreds of community organizations are on waiting lists to get an Ignatian Volunteer.
Volunteers are supported in their Christian faith by IVC’s unique spiritual reflection program. Through their caring service and the relationships they build, Volunteers are creating a more just society.
We'll work with your schedule.
