Wilsonville area Hospice Volunteer visits directly with patients for companionship, emotional or spiritual support, to brighten their day, write letters, read, go for walks, sing, and help at meal time. Volunteers can also visit with a certified animal assisted therapy dog. Once a volunteer completes the Hospice training they make their own schedule! Trainging is proveded at no cost to the volunteer and is scheduled for your convenience.

Our care teams specialize in pain and symptom management, as well as emotional and spiritual support for the patient and family. An individualized plan of care is developed for each patient based on comfort care measures needed and the wishes of the patient and family.
