About

We provide enriching and supportive activities in a day health setting and we are looking to add yoga or tai chi or guided relaxation or breathing exercises, etc. to our weekly or monthly calendar. Other groups include art therapy, occupational therapy exercises, health classes, cooking, and gardening.

Currently seeking a Thursday 1-2 pm instructor for seated, easy, yoga for adults with mental illness and physical disabilities.
