Interact with park visitors providing information about the park and surrounding area. Sell interpretive books, posters, cards, and other nature related items to park visitors. Funds raised are used to support the many volunteer programs and the important work done in the parks Stewards of the Coast and Redwoods supports. In addition to serving in beautiful Western Sonoma County, volunteers who submit:
- Volunteer 24 hours or more to receive an annual free Day Use Pass for all State Parks in the Sonoma-Mendocino Coast District
- Volunteer 200 hours or more to receive an annual free Day Use Pass for all California State Parks

Stewards of the Coast and Redwoods promotes, protects and restores your State Parks.
Description
Stewards of the Coast and Redwoods is an environmental non-profit that works in partnership with California State Parks in the Russian River Sector of the Sonoma Mendocino Coast District to provide public and school education, stewardship, and citizen science programs. We also help operate Austin Creek State Recreation Area; maintain and revitilize State Park visitors centers and historic sties, including Pond Farm Pottery; acquire and restore natural habitats on park lands; and support vital advocacy efforts.
