Ohio District 5 Ombudsman Program

YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the lives of others and yours! We are looking for individuals interested in visiting, advocating for, and providing information to residents of nursing homes and assisted living homes about our Program. STAFF and VOLUNTEERS ARE CURRENTLY REACHING OUT TO RESIDENTS AND FAMILIES OF RESIDENTS BY PHONE due to visitation restrictions relating to COVID-19. Our program covers nine counties in Ohio, including Ashland, Crawford, Huron, Knox, Marion, Morrow, Richland, Seneca, and Wyandot Counties. We will assign you to visit (current call) a home or homes (you chose how many) that are as close as possible to your location within our 9 county area.
