- Create a friendly and welcoming environment
- Trouble-shoot very basic hardware and software issues in public area
- Manage other staff/volunteers
- Provide assistance to users in public access computer lab as needed
- Assist with facility maintenance, including stocking materials and preparing the facility for next day of business
- Assist with corporate rentals by ensuring facility is prepared as needed
- Assist with registering patrons for classes and scheduling tutoring sessions

Mission Statement
We are a 501(c)3 non profit educational organization with a mission to ensure every member of the community has equal access to computers, the Internet, and computer training.
Description
The CRPIC provides the public with access to 20 computers and the Internet in our facility. Free tutoring is available every day, and PC classes are offered at a nominal fee. Our community programs are made possible by the funds generated from organizations that rent our state-of-the-art computer training labs and the services donated by our volunteers.
