A civic group of young professionals that supports the work of the Brigade Boys & Girls Club. The CORPs members have the opportunity to work directly with the children at the Club, as well as assiting with fundraising, special events, programming and community relations.
Geared toward young professionals (21 and over, out of college) that are looking for a way to give back to the community and meet other philanthropic-minded professionals. Volunteer time is up to you - we have opportunities per week, per month or special events only.
This group is full of fun, energetic people and CORPs is a fantastic networking opportunity in Wilmington!

Description
The Brigade Boys & Girls Club has been serving the Wilmington community for the past 113 years. The Club serves approximately 2,300 youth per year, ages 5-18, in New Hanover and Pender counties, and youth ages 5-14 in Onslow County
The Club provides diversified activities that meet the interest of all young people. Core programs encourage activities with adults, peers and family members that enable kids to enhance self-esteem and fulfill their potential. The Club offers program activities in five areas: Character & Leadership Development, Education & Career Development, Health & Life Skills, The Arts and Sports, Fitness & Recreation.
