Some of the responsibilities over the course of the year would be:
- track leaders and groups that have yet to submit reports,
- organize data in excel file (or other) in usable format,
- assist in preparing analysis of data for grants, API story, tax purposes and feedback to leaders of the aggregate information, (I have a good idea of what we need here and would help with this)
- remind leaders of due dates,
- provide notice reminders for Leader newsletter (can be reusable template)
- notify Leader Liaison of any reporting problems, inconsistencies with software or otherwise
We are instituting online reporting so there wouldn't actually be data entry. There would be some time spent learning our software, Salsa, and it would be great if you could attend staff meetings (1/qtr).

Our research-based parenting resources are low-fee or free and can be found online, in community-based parent groups or in parenting classes. We also offer a collaborative network, resources and training for group leaders and professionals who work with parents and caregivers.
