Duties: Provide basic assistance to adults with navigating the Internet, using Word and Excel including formatting, attaching documents, saving, etc. on the Library's PCs. Answer basic questions about using the Library's printing system. Must be able to commit to a minimum of four hours per week.
Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge of the basic functions of using a computer, the Internet, and MS Office products. Should be comfortable working with adults; patient and able to offer clear explanations and interact with the public in a professional and courteous manner. Must be able to learn the Library’s online print system and answer basic questions related to that process, initial training will be provided.
