Help feed and care for injured, abandoned, or sick wildlife. The Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Minnesota needs volunteers for its seasonal Mammal Nursery (baby squirrels), Avian Nursery (baby songbirds), and Waterfowl Nursery (baby ducks, geese, and other waterfowl), and its year-round Animal Care Crew (ACC). ACC volunteers work with hundreds of different species of wildlife. Duties include cleaning and laundry, in addition to feeding the animals.
