Alzheimer's Association Support Groups offer care partners or persons with Alzheimer's disease the opportunity to meet with others at a regularly scheduled meeting in a safe, confidential environment. Trained volunteer facilitators are paired with professional staff to lead all groups. Days and times vary per group.

Description
The Rochester NY Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association provides community awareness, education and public policy advocacy about Alzheimer's disease and related disorders, support for families and individuals coping with the disease, and support for ongoing research to find the causes and treatment for Alzheimer's disease.
