Founded in California in early 1990's to work on addressing health literacy, health disparities and increasing underrpresented minorities and women in health careers.
Our current projects include
Red Tide research and other environmental education and advocacy projects
Infectious diseases outreach, education, testing, prevention efforts.
STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Math) careers mentoring program
Health Disparities community assessment/educational programs
Healing Circles initiative
