Looking for a fun way to volunteer? ShamROCK festival will be rocking the streets of the historic Gaslamp Quarter on Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 2:00 pm- 10:00 pm. This iconic event has been produced by the Gaslamp Quarter Historical Foundation for nearly 30 years and it is our small, non-profit museum's biggest fundraiser of the year. All proceeds from ShamROCK help us continue our mission of preserving and sharing the history, architecture, and culture of San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter. We need volunteers to help us greet guests at the front gates, run games and contests at the event, decorate, and various other hospitality positions throughout the night.
This is a FUN way to fullfill volunteer requirements or simply get to know Gaslamp while supporting education and preservation! First shift is 1:30pm - 7:00pm and the second shift is 5:30 pm- 11:00pm Please send an email to Kelsey at KWOOD@GASLAMPFOUNDATION.ORG if you are interested in helping!

The Gaslamp Quarter Historical Foundation is the "curator" of the Gaslamp Quarter--a 16 block district listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Through its operation of the Gaslamp Museum at the Davis-Horton House, the Gaslamp Quarter Historical Foundation has promoted the educational, historical, and cultural development of the historic Gaslamp Quarter for over 25 years.
