This is a Virtual Opportunity, with no fixed address.

Every day thousands of cancer patients need a ride to treatment, but some may not have a way to get there. Our Road to Recovery program provides rides to and from treatment for people with cancer who do not have a ride or are unable to drive themselves. Volunteer drivers donate their time and the use of their cars so that patients can receive the life-saving treatments they need. Volunteers can help with the Road to Recovery program by serving as volunteer drivers. Volunteer Drivers are needed throughout the Allegheny County area, and have the option to choose where, when, and how often they would like to drive. Volunteer Coordinators simply connect the patient needing the ride to a volunteer driver. This is a very rewarding volunteer experience knowing that you are helping to save the life of a person by getting them to their treatment!
