Our Restoration Team is looking for a skilled carpenter or cabinetmaker who would be able to build and install new wooden sash doors and windows in the cab of the Conrock steam locomotive, a UP dining car, and other engines and passenger cars at the Museum.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Foundation is to educate the public about railroad history as it pertains to the development of the Southwest Region of the United States, particularly the Los Angeles area. We fulfill this mission by supporting the restoration, operation, and interpretation of the historic railroad equipment at the City-operated Travel Town Museum in Griffith Park.
Description
Educational Tour Guides needed to instruct the general public and school groups. Great way to meet and talk with others in your community and help out the Museum. Volunteer leaders needed to work with local high school students earning their community service hours. Skilled restoration/mechanical volunteers needed to work on restoring Passenger cars and locomotives and other equipment at the Museum.
