Students in 6th and 8th grade are offered tutoring assistance coordinated by a Santa Maria staff person at Oyler School on Tuesday afternoons. Tutors are needed for 6th graders from 12:15-1:15 PM and for 8th graders from 1:30-2:30 PM. Though consistency is important for the students, we welcome volunteers that are able to commit to alternating Tuesdays versus every Tuesday. You will be assisting students with basic homework/tutoring needs, but previous tutoring or teaching experience is not required.
