Help a newly arriving refugee family by providing them with a week's worth of groceries.

When refugees first arrive in the United States, they usually need at least a week's worth of food before they are able to go grocery shopping for themselves. You can help by stocking a refugee's fridge with one weeks worth of food the day before they arrive in the United States. USCRI will provide you with a list of culturally appropriate food choices and help you deliver the food to the apartment.

For your food purchase, USCRI can provide you with a tax deductible donation receipt.

If you have more free time and are able to take newly arrived refugees to food assistance programs, that would be beneficial as well. With this option, you would spend your time, not money.
