Animal Care is a very rewarding experience providing for the needs of Animalia's numerous small mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and birds including cleaning, feeding, and enrichment. Keeping our animal enclosures clean is a high priority as it can impact the health and well being of our animals. Those that excel in Animal Care will also be trained in Animal Handling and learn about our animals' backgrounds and natural history. Once fully trained, volunteers can assist Animalia with their hundreds of Education Outreach Programs to help connect people to animals and nature.
