We're a learning and growing organization seeking people like you who are also interested in learning and growing and developing your skills in new ways.

What's nice to have, but not required: coding, big data, many years of experience in a particular field, specific project management experience.

What's required: your interest in helping families flourish may be the motivation for applying your other skills and talents, including initiative, big-picture thinking, and willingness to apply your skills in new ways to test new things. You're as interested in the data side of the work as the human side because you recognize the importance of both. Your strong organizational skills help you connect the dots and ask questions to uncover important assumptions. Experience working within an organization is helpful. The ability to work aysnchronoysly is important since our organization is virtual.

Projects you'll work on will depend on your skills and availability. You might be working on how we can get better at tracking and sharing key results including developing a simple, no-code organizational "dashboard." You might help us identify and develop best practices for key workflows. You might help us organize our existing information to help us collect insights better. You might assist with testing digital content or marketing research and you might assist with content development based on new insights. Joining our mission-driven team in any of these projects is always pointed toward our mission or helping all children and families can flourish.
