The Great Falls International Airport Authority has a booth which is manned by volunteers. These volunteers assist travelers by giving directions to the appropriate gates,baggage claim,and other airport locations. The booth also has information and literature to assist travelers with information about the Great Falls, surrounding area and Montana.These volunteers also encourage travelers to return to Gt Falls.
