Volunteers assist the evening staff with bed assisnments, distributing personal care items, linen distribution and help with cleanup. Hours to volunteer are 6:30PM - 8:30 PM. Volunteers assist Client Advocates to serve dinner when there are not enough servers in the kitchen.

Our mission is to, with Christian purpose, accompany those in need one person at a time by focusing on shelter, food, and clothing.

Description

We are located in Dayton, OH, USA. We have two emergency shelters, one for Men and one for Women & Families.

We serve up to 400 individuals a night between the two shelters. Basic Shelter Services are provided: Safe and Clean environment, Bed, Shower, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Mail Services.
