Spay/Neuter Clinic Volunteers may work as a Surgical Assistant or Vaccine Assistant. Responsibilities include animal handling, aiding patient recovery, preparing medications and surgical packs, and cleaning and sanitizing instruments.

This is a great place to volunteer if you have ever been interested in the medical or healthcare side of animal ownership. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old to help at the clinic. About Fort Collins Cat Rescue & Spay/Neuter Clinic

Mission Statement

To prevent pet homelessness. Our Vision Statement: Every pet is a healthy and wanted pet.

F Fort Collins Cat Rescue & Spay/Neuter Clinic is a "Limited Admission, Adoption Guarantee Shelter." This means we have to limit how many cats and kittens we take in due to space and financial restrictions, but we guarantee that every feline we rescue will be put up for adoption or will stay with us until it finds its forever home. We use humane euthanasia only as a last resort for critically ill or suffering cats and do not unnecessarily euthanize animals to free up shelter space.

We hope to someday in the future be able to operate as an "Open Admission, Adoption Guarantee Shelter."

We are 100% committed to every cat that comes to our shelter and will do our best to make sure it goes to the perfect home. If for any reason an adopter cannot keep the kitty they adopted from us, we will always take it back.

Fort Collins Cat Rescue & Spay/Neuter Clinic operates the only truly low-cost spay/neuter clinic in the area. The numbers of unwanted pets that will be prevented from entering this world brings an entirely new sense of satisfaction to all of the people involved.

FCCRSNC is a 501C3 non-profit organization. We operate solely on monetary and in-kind donations, lots of fundraising, and grants.

We'll work with your schedule.
