Cancer Survivors Make a Difference
Cancer surviors can make a difference in the lives of newly diagnosed patients by connecting with them in a way that others cannot. As a Peer Support volunteer you will visit patients at their bedside and uplift their spirits while providing a compassionate, listening ear.
We ask that you commit to volunteering at least 1 hour per week. The program requires 2 screening interviews, a hospital orientation, and a 9 hour program training.
